BREAD MACHINE WHEAT BREAD Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1 1/2 cups warm water -- 95-110 degrees 2 tablespoons brown sugar 2 tablespoons butter -- melted 2 cups bread flour 2 cups wheat flour 1/4 cup gluten 1 teaspoon salt 1/4 cup powdered milk
Add to bread machine according to machine directions. Follow machine directions for dough setting. I use scissors to cut dough into desired size- shape let rise until double. Bake at 375 until brown about 15 minutes.

NOTES : * I NEVER COOK MY BREAD IN THE MACHINE. I SET THE MACHINE ON THE DOUGH SETTING. WHEN THAT IS COMPLETE I TAKE THE DOUGH OUT- SHAPE INTO ROLLS, LONG SKINNY LOAVES OR A BIG ROUND LOAF. LET RISE AGAIN. THEN BAKE ON 400 DEGREES TIL BROWN.
