                           Hawaiian Coconut Bread

    3       C            Bread flour
    2       Ts           Salt
    1       Tb           Sugar
      1/4   C            Nonfat dry milk powder
    1                    Egg
      1/4   C            Soft butter
      3/4   C            Coconut -- shredded
      3/4   C            Macadamia nuts (whole is
                         -fine or use almonds)
      1/2   C            Crushed pineapple -- well
                         -drained
      1/2   C            Pineapple juice from above
      1/4   C            Warm water
 
   Drain the pineapple, reserve liquid. Add all ingredients according to
 manufacturer.
  Select white bread and push  start.
