Honey Sesame Tenderloin

- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger root or 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 lb. whole pork tenderloin
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1/4 cup sesame seeds
- Combine soy sauce, garlic, ginger and sesame seed oil. Place tenderloin in heavy plastic bag, then pour soy mixture over pork to coat. Let marinate 2-8 hours in refrigerator.
- Remove from marinade and pat dry (discard marinade).
- Combine honey and brown sugar on shallow plate. Place sesame seeds on separate shallow plate.
- Roll pork well in honey mixture, coating well, then roll in sesame seeds.
- Roast in shallow pan at 375 degrees 20-30 minutes, or until meat thermometer inserted registers 160 degrees. Remove to serving platter. Slice thinly to serve.
