Stir and Roll Pizza

Yield: 8 wedges.

• 1 cup flour

• 1 tsp. baking powder

• 1/2 cup milk

• 2 tablespoons salad oil

• 1 tablespoon salad oil

pizza toppings:

• 4 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese

• 1 lb. cooked ground beef

• 1 cup tomato sauce

1. Heat oven to 425F.

2. Measure flour, baking powder, milk, and 2 tablespoons oil into bowl. Stir vigorously until mixture leaves side of bowl. Gather dough together and press into ball.

3. On lightly floured counter, roll into 13 inch circle. Place on pizza pan or baking sheet. Turn up 1/2 inch and pinch on slant.

4. Brush circle with tablespoon of oil. Spread sauce on dough. Sprinkle ground beef and cheese.

5. Bake 20 to 25 minutes. Cut into 8 wedges.
