Everyday Easy Rice Dinners

Just follow these 3 simple steps:

1. Mix sauce and seasoning in a 9- x 13-inch baking dish. Add 2 cups Minute White Rice and a couple handfuls of veggies.

2. Coat meat (1 piece per person should do it) with your favorite variety of Shake'N Bake and place on top of rice.

3. Bake at 375 degrees F for 35 minutes or until meat is completely cooked.

What meat do you feel like?	Now for the sauce and seasoning	What veggies are on hand?
boneless chicken breasts	1 can (10-3/4 oz) cream of mushroom soup and 2 equal cans of milk; dash of thyme	frozen broccoli
turkey cutlets	1 can (19 oz) stewed tomatoes and equal amount of water	spinach and mushrooms
boneless pork chops	1 can (14 oz) pineapple tidbits and 2 equal cans of water; dash of ground ginger	frozen peas
boneless veal chops	1 can (10-3/4 oz) tomato soup and 2 equal cans of water; dash of mixed herbs	frozen mixed veggies
