Sample Recipe...

Fluffy Pudding Frosting

1 cup cold milk
1 (4 serving size) package instant pudding and pie filling
1/4 cup powdered sugar (optional)

4 1/2 cups (10.8 ounce container)
non-dairy whipped topping, thawed

Pour milk into medium bowl. Add pudding and sugar.
Beat with wire whisk 1-2 minutes or until well blended.
Stir in whipped topping gently.
Spread on cake at once.
Makes about 5 cups or enough for 2 (9 inch) layers
Note: Store frosted cake in refrigerator.

Flavored Fluffy Pudding Frosting: Substitute chocolate, pistachio or butterscotch instant pudding for additional frosting flavors.
