Serve 6-8

• 1 large round loaf French bread (long may be substituted)

• 8-10 boneless chicken breasts

• 1/2 cup butter

• 2 (3 ounce) cans mushrooms, drained and sliced

• 1 large onion, chopped

• 1/2 teaspoon onion salt

• 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt

• 1 cup white wine

• 1/2 - 1 teaspoon each of:

• oregano, basil, thyme, rosemary, curry powder

1. Cut off the top of the bread. Scoop out the inside.

2. Lightly brown chicken in butter about 10 minutes on each side, remove from pan.

3. Saute mushrooms; stir in wine and seasonings.

4. Place chicken inside bread and top with mushroom mixture. Place top slice of bread to close.

5. Wrap bread in foil and bake at 325 degrees F for two hours.
