This is a great sauce to use as a starter for cream soups and casseroles. Or, serve over pasta or rice.

Makes 3 cups.

• 2 cups non-instant dry milk powder

• 1/2 cup white bean flour

• 1/4 cup red lentil flour

• 1/2 cup cornstarch

• 1 tablespoon dehydrated minced onion

• 3 tablespoons chicken-flavored bouillon

• 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard

• 1/4 teaspoon leaf basil

• 1/4 teaspoon white pepper

• 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1. Combine all ingredients in 1-quart container. Cover tightly and stir or shake to mix. Store in a cool place and use within 6 weeks.
