Use dried herbs and spices:

• 5 teaspoons sesame seed

• 5 teaspoons red bell pepper flakes (ground)

• 5 teaspoons parsley leaves

• 2 1/2 teaspoons curry powder

• 2 1/2 teaspoons turmeric

• 2 1/2 teaspoons cumin

• 1 1/2 teaspoons mustard

• 1 1/4 teaspoons garlic powder

• 1 1/4 teaspoons ground lemon peel

• 1 1/4 teaspoons ginger

• 1 1/4 teaspoons paprika

• 1 1/4 teaspoons sage

• 1 1/4 teaspoons tarragon

• 1 teaspoon marjoram

• 1 teaspoon celery seed (ground)

• 1/2 teaspoon allspice

• 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander

• 1/2 teaspoon rosemary

• 1/2 teaspoon oregano

• 1/2 teaspoon basil

• 1/2 teaspoon dill weed

1. Optional: 3 tablespoons dry parmesan cheese or 2 tablespoons powdered or granular beef, chicken or vegetable soup base.

2. Mix well and store in air-tight jar or container.
