Serves 8

  • 6 cups chicken stock

  • 2 cups rice

  • 2 cups flesh cranberries

  • 1 medium onion, chopped

  • 1/2 cup sugar

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Combine all the ingredients in a 1 1/2 quart casserole.

  3. Cover and bake for 45 minutes, or until all the stock is absorbed.
