Soften gelatin in 1/2 cup cold water. Heat tomato sauce to boiling, add gelatin, and stir until dissolved. Add lemon juice, sour cream, wine, and salt. Mix in onion, parsley, and celery. Chill until slightly thickened, and then top with the following avocado mixture:
AVOCADO MIXTURE:
4 cups mashed avocado
1/2 teaspoon sugar
4 tablespoons lemon juice
1/8 teaspoon red pepper
3 tablespoons gelatin softened in 1/2 cup cold water
3 tablespoons onion juice
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon salt
Mix all together except mayonnaise. Set in refrigerator until partly congealed. Beat with beater and add mayonnaise. Serve with the following shrimp sauce:
SOUR CREAM SHRIMP SAUCE:
Garlic
2 tablespoons Worcestershire
1/2 pound cooked, chopped shrimp
1 1/2 tablespoons grated onion
1 pint sour cream
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup catsup
Rub bowl with garlic and mix in remaining ingredients
