• 2 1/2 cups cut up rhubarb

• 1 cup sugar

• 3/4 cup milk

• 1/2 cup Bisquick

• 2 eggs

• 2 tablespoons butter, melted

• 1 teaspoon cinnamon

• 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

• Streusel Topping (combine until crumbly):

• 1/2 cup Bisquick

• 1/4 cup brown sugar

• 1/4 cup chopped nuts

• 2 tablespoons firm butter

1. Arrange rhubarb in a greased 9-inch pie plate.

2. Mix remaining ingredients. Pour over top.

3. Sprinkle evenly with Streusel topping.

4. Bake at 375F for 40 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
