Just follow these 3 simple steps:

Mix sauce and seasoning in a 9- x 13-inch baking dish. Add 2 cups Minute White Rice and a couple handfuls of veggies.

Coat meat (1 piece per person should do it) with your favorite variety of Shake'N Bake and place on top of rice.

Bake at 375 degrees F for 35 minutes or until meat is completely cooked.

What meat do you feel like?	Now for the sauce and seasoning	What veggies are on hand?
boneless chicken breasts	1 can (10-3/4 oz) cream of mushroom soup and 2 equal cans of milk; dash of thyme	frozen broccoli
turkey cutlets	1 can (19 oz) stewed tomatoes and equal amount of water	spinach and mushrooms
boneless pork chops	1 can (14 oz) pineapple tidbits and 2 equal cans of water; dash of ground ginger	frozen peas
boneless veal chops	1 can (10-3/4 oz) tomato soup and 2 equal cans of water; dash of mixed herbs	frozen mixed veggies
