Just follow these 3 simple steps:

Boil bite-sized pasta (1 cup per person should do it), adding sliced veqqies (a handful per person) during the last 5 minutes of cooking.

Drain and return to pot along with a spoonful of seasoning.

Toss in the pot over low heat, with 1 beaten egg per person and a handful of shredded mozzarella cheese per person.

What veggies are on hand?	Try this seasoning
carrots, celery	garlic powder
zucchini, corn	oregano
peas, carrots	thyme
broccoli, carrots, peppers	Italian seasoning
