Makes 12 ounces

• 2 tablespoons honey

• 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

• 1 tablespoon melted butter

• 1 (12-ounce) can salted cashews

1. In a bowl, combine honey, cinnamon and melted butter. Add cashews, and toss to coat. Spread on a jelly roll pan.




2. Bake in preheated 325-degree oven for 10 to 12 minutes, stirring at least once. Cool to room temperature.
