Sugar cookies don’t get any easier or tastier than this, folks. These are super moist and soft. Do not frost these yummy cookies; the confectioners' sugar is enough sweetness. These freeze and store well.

Yield: 39 cookies
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Baking time: 10 to 12 minutes
Total time: 22 minutes or less

  • 1 (8 ounce) container fat free dessert whipped topping

  • 2 egg whites

  • 1 (18.25 ounce) box white cake mix, dry (do not make as directed)

  • 1/4 cup confectioners sugar

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Spray three cookie sheets with nonfat cooking spray.

  2. In a large bowl mix the whipped topping and egg whites with a spatula until combined.

  3. Add the dry cake mix and stir until well blended.

  4. Scoop the dough by tablespoonfuls and dip it into the confectioners' sugar. Using another spoon, scrape the dough onto the prepared cookie sheets.

  5. Bake fot 10 to 12 minutes or until the cookies are set in the middle.
