Orange-Pumpkin Cake

Cake:
1 yellow cake mix
3 egg whites
1 1/4 cup canned pumpkin
1 cup orange juice
1/3 cup sour cream
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon allspice
Glaze:
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
1/4 teaspoon vanilla
water

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Mix together all the cake ingredients together 2-3 minutes. Pour into a greased-and-floured bundt pan.

Bake 35-40 minutes. While hot, invert cake onto serving platter.

Mix powdered sugar and vanilla, and gradually add water a tablespoon at a time until it reaches desired consistency; drizzle over cake. Cool.
