Vegetable Stuffing Casserole

Servings: 7-9

  • 1 (16 ounce) bag frozen green beans

  • 1 (16 ounce) bag frozen mixed vegetables

  • 2 cans (10.75 ounces each) condensed cream of mushroom soup

  • 1 (6 ounce) can french-fried onions

  • 1 (6 ounce) box seasoned stuffing mix

  • 3 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted

  • 1/4 cup water

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

  2. Pour frozen vegetables into bottom of a greased 13x9-inch baking pan. Stir soup into vegetables.

  3. Sprinkle onions and stuffing mix evenly over top. Drizzle melted butter and water over stuffing layer.

  4. Cover and bake 55—65 minutes, or until heated through.
