• 1 cup prepared chai tea

• 2 scoops vanilla ice cream

• 1/2 large banana

• 1 teaspoon vanilla

• Stevia to taste

1. Puree in a blender until smooth. Garnish with a sprig of mint.

When used in the recipes, bananas can be frozen or freshly peeled. Frozen will yield a thicker, richer smoothie, more along the lines of a milk shake.
