This popular and exciting twist to lasagna is simple to prepare, with no noodles to cook. I prefer blending the cottage cheese in a food processor until it smooth. Ricotta cheese maybe substituted for the cottage cheese. After preparing this recipe on the Today show, the first edition of this book shot to #4 on Amazon.com!
