• 1/2 cup ketchup

• 1/2 cup minced red onion

• 1/2 cup diced tomato (use canned unless really good fresh ones are available)

• 2 tablespoons prepared horseradish

• 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

• 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

• 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

• 4 dashes of hot sauce

1. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and serve with the Lobster Fritters.
