Try this recipe with honey or, instead of blending it into the ice cream, pour syrup or honey over the ice cream and top with toasted nuts or unsweetened coconut.

Makes 1 serving

  • 1/4 cup maple syrup

  • 1 scoop vanilla ice cream

  • 1 cup milk

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a blender or food processor.

  2. Serve immediately.
