Yield: 4 to 6 servings

• 1 1/4 cups cranberry juice

• 1 (3-ounce) package cherry gelatin

• 1/2 cup Southern Comfort

• 3 tablespoons lime or lemon juice

• 1/4 cup sugar

• 1 cup halved seedless grapes

• 1/2 cup finely chopped celery

• 1 cup pitted Bing cherries

• 1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts

1. Heat cranberry juice and in it dissolve the cherry gelatin. Remove from heat and add Southern Comfort, lime juice, and sugar; chill until gel begins.

2. Fold in grapes, celery, cherries, and nuts. Finish chilling.

3. Serve on bed of fresh lettuce dotted with pecans.
