• 1 pound ground beef

• 1 onion, chopped

• 2 tablespoons chili powder (or to taste)

• 1 can refried beans

• 6 large flour tortillas

• 1 (8 ounce) can enchilada sauce

• 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese

• Salsa

• Sour cream

• Black olives

1. Brown ground beef and onion in skillet. Mix in chili powder.

2. Microwave tortillas for 30 seconds just to soften.

3. Divide beans and meat onto the 6 tortillas. Fold tortillas over meat/bean mixture and place in microwave dish, seam side down. Top with enchilada sauce and cheese.

4. Microwave 2 to 4 minutes (cooking time will vary with different microwaves), until cheese is melted and burritos are heated through.

5. Top according to taste with salsa, sour cream and black olives.
