Seafood Pasta Primavera

6/22/01; Cactus Jack's

1 oz lobster
10 mussels
3 oz scallops
2 shrimp
1 oz clarified butter
flour to coat
6 oz broccoli, onion, peppers, carrots & squash (equal parts of each)
3 oz piccata sauce (lemon, wine & butter)
1 oz herb butter 10 oz fettucine

Flour shrimp and scallops. Add all seafood to heated pan. Add the remaining ingredients. Simmer. Cook fettucine and place on plate. Remove seafood. Arrange vegetables on fettucine. Surround with seafood and serve.
