Frutti di Bosco alla Zabaglione

(Mixed fresh berries with "Zabaglione" Sauce)
Serves 4. Fresh blackberry 1 basket
Fresh raspberry (golden or red) 1 basket
Fresh strawberry 1 basket
Chocolate powder
Fresh mint
Zabaglione sauce receipe for Z sauce:
Egg yolk 4
Marsala wine or sweet wine 1 T
Sugar 1/4 cup
Warm water 2 T
Mascarpone 1 T In a small stainless steel bowl, whip all the ingredients (for the Zabaglione sauce) together for about 5 mins over a bain-marie (simmering water), then add the mascarpone. Mix slowly for a few seconds. Mix the berries. Place berries in a red wine glass. Pour the Zabaglione sauce (2-3 T) over the berries. Garnish with chocolate powder and mint.
