Here are some variations of instant cappuccino mixes which are very tasty:
Swiss Mocha Coffee
3/4 cup powdered cream
1/2 cup Nestle's Quik
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup instant coffee
Use 2-3 heaping spoons in a cup of boiling water.
Cafe Au Lait
1/3 cup instant coffee
1 cup nonfat dry powdered milk
2 Tbspn. powdered cream
1/2 cup powdered sugar
This is my favorite
Cafe Cappuccino
Add 1/8 tsp cinnamon and 1/8 tsp nutmeg to the Cafe Au Lait above
Cafe Vienna
Add 1/4 cup Nestle's Quik and 1/2 tsp. cinnamon to the Cafe Au Lait above
Any of the above make great gifts - put in decorator glass fruit jar with lace/ribbon/cinnamon stick for special touch. |
