Baked Buffalo Wings
I bake the chicken wings plain (without any type of coating on them), instead of frying them. I then drain them well on lots of paper towels.
For about 1 lb of wings, mix together: 4 tablespoons melted butter or margarine 1 teaspoon ketchup 2 teaspoons TABASCO® Pepper Sauce
and toss the wings in it while they are still warm. Even when cold the wings aren't soggy.
