CARAMEL SAUCE
28 Kraft caramels 1/3 cup water
Melt caramels with water in saucepan over low heat. Stir frequently until sauce is smooth. Yield: 3/4 cup.
Variations: Add 1/4 cup chopped pecans, walnuts or peanuts. Reduce water to 1/4 cup; add 1 tablespoon rum or brandy.
