You can do a search here, just write Bolognese and push enter, and you will find several recipes.
Here is mine:
One chopped onion
two cloves of garlic, chopped
a pinch of thyme
One carrot, coarsely grated
One stick of cellery, finely chopped
One small tin of tomatoe paste
One tin of chopped tomatoes
One cup of stock or bullion cubes dissolved in water
One pound of ground beef
Salt and pepper
A few rashers of bacon (optional)
Some chicken livers (optional)
Oregano

Simmer tha first 5 ingredents in a little olive oil until soft and golden, add tomato paste, simmer a little more. Add canned tomatoes, stock and oregano and leave to simmer without a lid on the pot.
Brown ground beef + salt and pepper (very light on the salt!)while stirring so that it crumbles. Add to the pot. Let simmer for at least half an hour. taste. Some like a teaspoon sugar added.
To this you can add small strip of browned bacon, end chopped browned liver. Some add a little ham. I sometimes add a splash of red wine and/or a leaf of laurel.

Cook your favorite kind of pasta - spaghetti or something else - but only al dente. Selve with a big spoon of sauce and newly grated parmesano cheese. Crusty bread at the side.

The secret is to let it simmer long enough so that all the flavors merges into a great union.wine and/or a laurel leaf.
