SOUR DOUGH STARTER
1 c. sugar 1 c. hot water 3 tbsp. instant potato flakes 1 c. hot water 1 c. sugar 3 tbsp. flakes
Put in glass jar (1 quart) until it ferments, in a warm place for 7 to 10 days. After ferments, needs to feed once a week: Use or give away 1 cup each week. |
