I love banana snow cones. I have an ice shaver, and I have looked for banana syrup for years. I have finally made my own recipe for banana.

1 bottle of banana extract (1 oz.)
1 1/2 cups sugar
3 cups water

I microwaved for about 3 minutes to dissolve the sugar. Cool. Pour over shaved ice. Yum

Imagine the possibilities with coconut and pineapple. Yum!!!!!
