Hi John G.here is a recipe taken from "American Country Living,Canning & Preserving", by Linda Ferrari.Hope this works for you.

Peach Brandy:

1 gallon vodka
4 lbs.peaches(about 8 large)
1-1 1/2 lbs. clear rock candy

Place vodka in a large glass container with a tight-fitting lid.Add 2 lbs. of peaches, peeled & sliced.Add the rock candy.

In about a month the peaches will lose their color.Remove those peaches, peel & slice 2 more lbs of peaches.Add to vodka.Shake bottle several times & if the vodka flavor is still too strong add 1/4 to 1/2 lb.more rock candy.

Shake contianer every month & let mixture stay in a cool, dark place for 3-5 months.Strain the brandy & put it in pretty bottles with tight-fitting caps or corks.
