Valerie/IN....To make a sugar free powdered sugar substitute I use this recipe....
3/4 Splenda Granular (measures like sugar) 2 tbsp. cornstarch
Place ingredients in a blender, cover and blend until Splenda is ground into a very fine powder.
Use instead of powdered sugar to garnish cakes and pastries. Makes 1/2 cup.
Splenda tastes a whole lot better than Equal and I use it to make lots of things. Have not used Equal for several years. Hope you enjoy the recipe. |
