HOW TO MAKE POWDERED SUGAR

Mix 1 cup granulated sugar and 1 tablespoon of cornstarch.

Place in a blender at medium speed for about 1-2 minutes.

I have never tried this but found this on the Internet. The other recipe says use without the cornstarch.
