1 cup cold milk
2 tbsp. Gold Medal Wondra Flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. butter
Measure cold milk into saucepan. Thoroughly blend in Wondra, salt and pepper. Add butter and bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Boil 1 minute.
Makes 1 cup medium cream sauce
