COCONUT RICE
2 cups long-grain rice 1 (13 or 14 oz.) can unsweetened coconut milk 3 1/4 cups water pinch of salt
Place all ingredients in a rice cooker; stir to combine.
Cover and turn on rice cooker. Cooker will shut off or turn to warm when rice is cooked.
