Made it and it was very close! Haven't tried it cold. I found this a while ago, not sure if you saw the same posting I did. Good Luck

Macayo's Baja Sauce

1 pkg cream cheese
1 cup shredded pepper jack cheese
1 cup Macayo's green enchilada sauce

Heat enchilada sauce over medium heat until almost boiling. Add cream cheese and stir until melted. Stir in pepper jack cheese until melted.

Most people like it warm or hot but it makes a great dip when it's cold.
