I also found out about Red Lobster's Sunset Passion Colada...
It is delicious, so I asked a few people.

The drink is made with colada mix, ice cream mix, the strawberry topper is strawberry syrup, which I found in the food store and you use 'Hawaiian Rum'.

Stir all 'except' strawberry syrup in blender with finely crushed ice (they use an Oasis machine) I use just fine ice.

Pour in glass, top with strawberry syrup, add pineapple and strawberry if desired.

This is the closet I ever came to making one and it is pretty good. Arlene
