I wanted to let you know that there is a recently published cookbook called "A Taste of Utica" by Joe Mezzanini, Jeanann Murphy for $19.70 (money goes to the Compassion Coalition) that can be purchased at the following link: http://www.lulu.com/content/2168493. It has a lot of the local Utica recipes that you and others from Utica may be looking for.

Facebook also has a group that discusses Utica recipes: A Taste of Utica (Utica Secret Recipes !!!!)

The CNYforum.org no longer exists and is now the facebook group. Some of the recipes from the CNYforum have now been published in the cookbook.
