I recently sat in the beach location by the kitchen and watched them make it. All I could see him put in was mayo, Gulden's spicy mustard and HP sauce (not sure if fruity or regular). I'm going to try it tonight, actually, so we'll see if that's it. If not, probably a little Worcestershire sauce will be the missing ingredient....
