I have the type of bundt pan you have mentioned. The pan I have has a non stick coating, but it is important to greas and four all of the pans inside surrface, so that the details will show when released. Be sure to tap the pan well after you coat with flour so that large clumps of flour don't remain in the pan. Also make certain that you fill your pan with enough batter, if you dont the details on the upper edge of the pan will not show. Have fun!
