I have been put on a fairly strict diet. The following are not allowed: All dairy foods, any wheat products, caffiene, shell fish, fried foods, preserved meats, oranges, spicy foods, mushrooms, grapes, canteloupe, any yeast products, peanuts. If anyone could help out with recipes particularly bread and main meals I would appreciate it, thanks.
