I have been hungry for a chocolate cake this past week. I just took this out of the oven and it smells like HEAVEN!!!! It would be great served with some vanilla ice cream.

Black Russian Cake

1 yellow cake mix
1/2 cup sugar
1 (6 1/2 ounce) package chocolate pudding mix (instant)
1 cup oil
4 eggs
1/4 cup vodka
1/2 cup kahlua
3/4 cup water

Preheat oven to 350. In bowl, mix all liquid ingredients with dry ingredients. Beat 4 minutes. Pour into greased and floured bundt pan and bake 45 to 50 minutes. cool 20 minutes in pan and turn out. Poke holes in top of cake for glaze made of 1/2 c. confectioners sugar mixed with 1/4 c. kahlua. Pour glaze over cake.

Sometimes I use a chocolate cake mix and use a small package of pudding mix.
