This is our favorite. I actually got it published in a bread machine cookbook call The Bread Machine Cookbook V by Donna R. German. These directions are for a 2lb loaf. Cheese Wine Bread 2/3 cups wine, beer, or water 5 tbl butter 3 eggs 1 cup cheese 1 tsp salt 2-1/2 tsp sugar 3-1/2 cups bread flour 2 tsp yeast Load according to your breadmachine instructions. I usually use pepper Jack cheese, but you can use your favorite. I sometimes use beer, sometimes Chardonnay, what ever you want. I have also added a jalapeno or 2 along with the cheese.
