TRIPLE CHOCOLATE BROWNIE BARS
1 cup Hershey's Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips 1/4 cup Hershey's Special Dark Chocolate Chips 1/2 cup butter (1 stick) 1 cup sugar 2 eggs, room temperature 1 tsp. vanilla 2/3 cup all-purpose flour 1/4 tsp. baking soda Chocolate Cream Cheese Frosting (recipe follows) Additional Hershey's Special Dark Chocolate Chips and Hershey's Mini Chips (for garnish) Caramel Drizzle (recipe follows)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Meanwhile, grease 8-by-8-by-2, 9-by-9-by-2 or 11-by-7-by-2 baking pan and set aside.
Combine the Hershey's Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips and Special Dark chips and butter in medium sauce pan. Melt over low heat, stirring constantly. Remove from heat.
Stir sugar into cooled chocolate mixture in saucepan; add eggs one at a time, beating with a wooden spoon after each egg just till combined.
In small bowl, stir together flour, baking soda. Add flour mixture to chocolate mixture, stir till combined. Spread batter into prepared pan.
Bake for 30 minutes for 8-inch pan; 25 minutes for 9-inch pan or 22 minutes for 11-inch pan. Set pan on rack to cool.
Meanwhile, prepare Chocolate Cream Cheese Frosting and Caramel Drizzle.
TO FROST THE BROWNIES: Frost brownie in pan. Mix Hershey's Special Dark Chocolate Chips and Hershey's Mini Chips together and sprinkle over frosting. Drizzle caramel over chips. Cut into bars and enjoy.
CHOCOLATE CREAM CHEESE FROSTING
1 cup Hershey's Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips 6 oz. softened cream cheese 1/2 cup powdered sugar, sifted
Melt Hershey's Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips over low heat, stirring constantly. Remove from heat, let cool.
In a small bowl, stir together cream cheese and powdered sugar. Stir into melted chocolate until smooth.
CARAMEL DRIZZLE
1/2 cup butter 1 cup brown sugar 1 cup half and half 1/2 cup corn syrup 1/2 tsp. vanilla
In a 3 quart heavy sauce pan melt butter over low heat. Add brown sugar, half and half, and corn syrup. Mix well. Cook and stir till mixture boils. Reduce heat to medium; continue to boil at moderate steady rate. Stir frequently 25-30 minutes. Remove from heat, stir in vanilla and let cool.
