DOUBLE CHOCOLATE COOKIES
2 2/3 cups flour 1/4 cup Hershey's Special Dark Unsweetened Cocoa Powder 1 tsp. baking powder 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon Pinch cayenne pepper 1 cup butter, softened 3/4 cup dark brown sugar 3/4 cup white sugar 2 eggs 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract 1/4 tsp. almond extract 1 Tbsp. instant coffee dissolved in 1 Tbsp. warm water 1 cup Hershey's Semi-Sweet mini chips 1 cup Hershey's Hugs Kisses, coarsely chopped
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Sift together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, salt, cinnamon and pepper and set aside.
Cream together butter, sugar and brown sugar. Add vanilla and almond extracts. Beat in eggs, and add coffee. Slowly add dry mixture into wet, just enough to combine. Stir in chips and chopped Hugs. Place heaping teaspoons on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake for 7-10 minutes.
