Hi Cindy,

I made this in my Welbilt. The recipe came with the breadmaker.

BANANA NUT BREAD (I left out the nuts)

1/2 cup milk
2 Tbsp. oil (I use solid shortening or butter)
1 cup ripe bananas, mashed
2 eggs
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup dark brown sugar, packed
1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt

Use Cake/Quick Bread Cycle

Note: Because of the dark brown sugar, the bread was darker than normal and sweeter than I'd like. I would leave it out the next time but it was good.
