I have tried every recipe I can find. It seems the eggs and shortening/butter/margarine are almost essential. I don't use any of these things because we are vegan. Shortening and margarine arent't usually a vegan item but because of the hydrogonation I prefer to use oiL. Does ANYONE have a chocolate chip cookie that fits these restrictions?
