EASY CHEESECAKE
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese, softened 1 tbsp. sugar 1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip, thawed 1 ready graham pie crust 1 can cherry pie filling (for topping)
In medium bowl beat soft cream cheese and sugar and Cool Whip. Put this in pie crust; spread evenly. Top with cherry pie filling. Store covered in freezer until ready to serve.
CHERRY CHEESECAKE
2 pkgs. (8 oz. each) cream cheese, softened 1/2 cup powdered sugar 1 tbsp. lemon juice 1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip 1 graham cracker crust 1 can cherry pie filling
Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar and lemon juice (by hand). Add Cool Whip, blending slowly. Pour filling into crust, then top with pie filling. Freeze until approximately 30 minutes prior to serving.
